Bathroom sink pipes and blocked sink

Hi, I'm after some help please. The bathroom sink was blocked, so I took apart the down pipes to remove the blockage and put it back together. Now the water in the sink drains even slower. There are no leaks from the pipes and it looks exactly the same.
Any ideas please? Lee

Assuming you cleared the trap you will have to investigate the system further down the line.
