Useless DIYer here, requiring guidance. Trying to replace a broken toilet seat, but not sure how to replace it or what type of seat I'd need. The holes don't come out the other side, just into the abyss.

Any help appreciated.

You will need to find a top fixing toilet seat with a straight hinge side.
