outside tap

can i fit an outside tp from a radiator in my living room as my kitchen is at the front of the house

I hope you're joking, but I think not -
The answer is No, you abviously don't have any clue as to how heating systems and plumbing work. So if you ever want any work doing, get a professional in.
Gardens taps have to come from the mains cold water supply, I don't think plants like red hot water full of chemicals, and if washing the car the car would be dirtier when you finish.

actually i was been serious, i have to have an outside tap fitted or cut into main tap in kitchen as we are having to live in a carvan, would i be ok to put the self cutter into the main water supply pipe like my washing machine

Sue,
As htg has said i think it would be better to get a plumber in to do this job,if your worried about cost get a few quotes,if your near west cornwall i can come and have a look!?

yes the self cutting type would be fine connected to the mains cold water - like the one feeding your washing machine.
