Concealed Cistern Height

by Algy80 » Sat Nov 10, 2007 10:48 am

I have just received my new Porcelanosa wc with concealed cistern. Problem is that the cistern will actually be slightly higher than my windowsill.

I need to cut 100mm from the down pipe (currently 300mm long) from the cistern to the wc to make it fit. Will this interfere with the operation?

When I saw the wc in the showroom it was obviously fitted to a much lower dummy concealer box.

Any advice appreciated.

Many thanks

Hey Bob

Thanks for that. The people at Porcelanosa couldn't tell me one way or the other - very helpful....

Appreciate you taking thetime to read and help.
