Hoping someone might be able to help......

I have a Triton electric shower which is leaking cold water even though it has been stopped and the electric switch turned to off. It is more than a drip but less than a pour. It is leaking through the outlet of the shower where the water normally comes out when switched on. I haven't taken the cover of the shower off because i don't know how without damage.

Please help

The cover is removed on most modern Triton showers by removing the two small phillips screws from the top face (and possibly the underside too).

However, be aware that removing the cover exposes the internal electrical connections so the power must be isolated first to avoid risk of a potentially fatal electric shock.

Unfortunately, it sounds as if the shower has a faulty solenoid valve that requires replacing or dismantling. This is really not a DIY job and needs to be examined by an experienced engineer.
