Hot water

What is the best way to introduce a brass, circulatory pump, with timer into a hot water system.
I want to avoid wasting water that's gone cold overnight in a dead leg pipework from the cylinder to the taps.
So for example, the timer activates at say 5am & by the time the fist person rises at 6am, there's hot water ready at all outlets.
My system is a conventional gas boiler with unvented, indirect cylinder.
Thanks,
Jk

I think this can’t be done.

I can’t think of away to remove water from the tap tails without turning the taps on.

I would say this is an insulation problem, not a plumbing one.
