hi,can any body help..... i have a 9.5kw electric shower, used to work ok.
the last few months i have had to have the temp controll just below max and the pressure controll on low, this way i get a warm shower but with it real low on pressure,if i turn the pressure up the water goes cold unless i turn the temp up to max but then its too hot. the shower is a triton,it has a 15mm pipe taken from just under the cold tap of the bath, the pipe runs along the bath then has a 90' comp fitting and goes striaght up to another 90' comp fitting then along wall into the shower, any ideas what he problem could be?
regards.

Is the feed to the shower mains water or is it low pressure from a header tank? I am surprised the shower can get too hot especially in the winter when the water is colder. What model of shower is it? Have you checked the filters?

If it’s under a year old, its still under guarantee and you should get the person who installed it to replace it.

The work should be free.
