Expansion Vessel Problem

My expansion vessel keeps loosing pressure. I charge it to 1 bar and when the heating comes on water leaks from its overflow and the pressure drops. At the same time i need to regulaly have to bleed the top radiator of air as after 4 or 5 days its full of it !
