Fitting a new toilet - Any aditional advice?

by nitro23456 » Wed Jan 23, 2008 2:54 pm

Hi

Nearly fitted my new bathroom - just toilet to go. I have read the guide in the projects section and just wondered if anyone else had anything more to add?

pitfalls and perils?

I am removing a close-coupled unit and replacing with the same but different colour and the new one is slightly narrower.

Any comments welcome..... A friend told me to replace the waste connector to the toilet although it is already push fit.

if its like for like should be no problem and yes change the connector as the rubber will probarly not give a good seal when reused
