I have just fitted a wc with an off set pan connector,the problem is it leaks from both the pan and out off the push fit connector into the soil pipe, how can this be fixed

THis generally means the connections are not square to the fittings thay are comning out of or going into. The fact that its leaking at both ends seems to verify this. If a length of pipe is intalled at even a slight angle to the fittings the rubber "skirt" will not make a complete seal around the pipe.
