raising ceiling and roof

I have a two storey extension attached to my property I would like to raise the ceiling on the ground for and the roof on the first floor (Flat roof) to match that of the original part of the property.
I would like some info on the sort of cost involved as I have a tight budget. The extension was done some time ago but is very well built.
Approx size of extension: 21 ft x 12ft.
Raise the ceiling and roof by 1 or 2 feet.
