I've recently bought a three bed terraced house, I had the surveyors report done and he has put a retention on the roof. The house has been retiled with concrete tiles and subsequently the trusses need to reinforced, just wondering what sort of bracing design to use keeping in mind I would like to use the space for storage. I am fairly competant in diy but am quite a large fella, would the joists take my weight? Was hoping by laying chipboard down this would spread the weight. Cheers.
