The one storey kitchen at the back part of my 1870s terrace house has an corrugated asbestos roof which sometimes leaks in rain. Roof about 2mx2m. If I want to get it replaced do I contact a standard roofing company or do I need a specialist?

Ask when you speak to your chosen company - they will be able to confirm what they can and can't do.
