I am considering buying a house that has an asbestos roof tile covering from the 60's which seems like it's coming to the end of its life. I would want to replace the roof with either concrete or clay tiles and I want to know if the roof will hold the extra weight of the tiles without reinforcement?

You might need to get a survey to make sure everything is ok underneath that Asbestos roof before finding that out.
