Roof Sarking and Fibreboard Advice from Home Report

Got this on my home report any idea what it means. Serious or what?

ROOF: There are several sections of loose, damaged and fallen fibreboard
sarking within the roof space. There are sections of torn roofing felt. A
competent roofing contractor will be able to inspect and provide advice and
estimates for repair.

Torn roof felt can cause problems with water ingress, this can only be repaired by removal of the tiles and replacement, if no water ingress is occurring then its not a serious problem, But it will need repairing at some stage
