Mould on Soffit and Under Gutter and Advice on how to Clean

I'm interested in a terraced house built around the 70's or 80's, and want to buy it. But there is a big problem....
Right under the gutter or eaves, there are patches of mould, how difficult is it to clean the eaves? Do I have to replace the gutter? Pls click the link below for a photo.
