Advice on Saturated Walls With Water

Hi
We had an extension about 4 years ago and Im concerned with each side of the extension being saturated with water. (Images attached)
The builder has been back a number of times but nothing seems to have fixed it.
I believe the water is running off the Coping stone and down the wall or dripping off and splashing against the downpipes. Apart from removing the coping stones and resting them so they sit further away from he building, is there any other options. I was thinking about making some mini led gutters on the leading edge that will take the water to the roof rather than drip off - any other suggestions I could try.
Moss is now starting to form on the surface, so want to get to the bottom of it.
Any advice much appreciated.
