Hi
I had refelting done on my roof. I have noticed that 2 metal profiles at both ends of roof are not secured to the wall only to the rafters. srews fallen out when the roofers were walking on it probably. How important are these profiles for roof to be held in place. thank you

Hi rob-em
It is not possible from your photo to see what you are referring to but if the roof was originally attached to the wall by metal profiles then they should be re-fixed. This is important with a felt roof where wind lift can be an issue.
