Flat roof construction for 3 storey town house

I am trying to identify what a flat roof on a 3 storey town house is made of. I am hoping to purchase it at auction and need to know for insurance purposes. I would appreciate advice about how to do this. The house is ex local authority and built circa 1980. I have taken a screenshot of the roof from Google Earth which I attach.
