Roof Hatch installation advice required

Hi,
I am considering installing a roof hatch on a side extension so that in future if any roof repair is required i can easily access the roof without scaffold.
The roof hatch i wish to install is below (Mardome Roof Hatch):

at 1minute 52 seconds the video instructs to follow manufacturers guide for roof covering installation.
My question is what would you recommend I use please for the roof covering.
