Roof truss loading tables

I have have a reasonable
knowledge of truss principles. I am intending to build a cut roof for
a garage (replacement). I have drawings of span, pitch, wind loading
for my area etc. I would like to know a good source of loading tables
so I can (over) design my roof trusses. I bought and then sent back
the "roofers ready reckoner" as it consisted only of timber length tables
whereas I am interested in timber thickness tables for, say king post
or storage truss with moderate static loading for my garage. Please
could someone point me at web pages/book which will give me type
of detail.

many thanks, hope I am not repeating a question.
Regards
Tom

See the section on building regulations Tom. Truss loadings and timber specs are available from them. Some are downloadable free but you may have to buy the applicable regs booklet.
