soundproofing a log cabin

i need a drum studio in a log cabin.not sure whether to totally soundproof the cabin or make a room within the cabin....cabin size is 13ft by 20ft....please help

This would be a major (and costly) project and not one to be undertaken lightly. For high levels of sound isolation a room within a room is likely to be a be more effective solution. To be successful careful care would need in respect of constructional details and ventilation.
