Independent stud wall soundproofing

Hi there,
We have two quotes for a soundproofed independent stud wall in front of our attic bedroom party wall to prevent talking and some impact noise from our neighbours. Do they seem that different? The price is quite substantially different, mainly I think because one is from a specialist insulation company and the other a joiner/builder. I'm wondering if the substantial price difference would make you go for one over the other - and if so, which one?
Option One
Airborne performance of approx. 65dB* average to the treated area subject to initial noise levels
Using metal frame build an independent wall and mass fill with 50mm/60kg high density acoustic mineral wool. Layer with 15mm acoustic sound block board
Layer with acoustic 10kg/SY100 Tecsound barrier mat
Additional Layer of 15mm acoustic sound block board.
All points of contact to be acoustically sealed.
Walls to a plastered finish
Standard soft wood joinery to be reinstated or replaced if standard stock item.
Removal of our treatment waste
Option Two
Gyplyner IWL Wall lining System
• Lay carpet protector
• Pull carpet back
• Take off the existing length of skirting board
• Apply backing coat plaster to where the skirting board has been removed
• Erect IWL Gyplyner metal stud wall 20-40mm in front of the existing party wall (Decoupling)
• Fix 50mm High density self adhesive isolation strip to the back edge of the abutments
• Fix RWA45 Acoustic mineral wool 50mm
• Fix the first layer of 15mm sound bloc Acoustic plasterboard leaving a 5mm gap around the perimeter
• 5mm gap to be filled with AC95 Acoustic sealant
• Fix Tecsound SY100 or Equivalent
• Fix the second layer of 15mm sound bloc Acoustic plasterboard leaving a 5mm gap around the perimeter (staggered joints to first layer)
• 5mm gap to be filled with AC95 Acoustic sealant
• Tape plaster board joints with fibre tape
• Apply skimming coat troweled to a smooth finish (2 coat work)
• Fix skirting board back

• Wastes disposal
