Our sink, which is described as stainless has some small rust spots just around the drain hole. Does anyone know of a method of refinishing something like that? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Clean it with a stainless wire brush. Any stainless steel must be kept away from non stainless steel and if on fitting the plumber used standard wire wool or standard wire brush to clean rather than stainless wire wool or brush this will cause the problem you have.
