Hi,

Buy a pair of tap revivers approx £10 to replace the guts of the taps, you may have to fit the heads that come with them too tho.

Is the tap opening as far as it should ?
A common fault with taps especially with elderly people is that they are not fully opened on a regular basis and thus a build up of calcium starts that prevents the tap jumper lifting fully.
To eleviate this problem make sure the tap is fully opened at least once per week.
