Heating pipes at back of appliance cabinet

While measuring our appliance cabinet with a view to replacing an integrated fridge freezer, I noticed that there are a couple of working speedfit central heating pipes running down the back of the cabinet. Surely this cannot be good for the fridge freezer??!! Could this be why the fridge section tends to freeze things on the bottom shelf?

Actually, it's probably the other way round. The back of the fridge has the heat exchanger for the cooling system which can get very hot. Hot enough possibly to damage the plastic pipes.

Also, because of the small clearance between the fridge and wall the pipes may be trapped causing chafing eventually resulting in possible failure.
