Beco Dishwasher - Part Fills With Water and Then Empties

Have got a Beco Dishwasher Model DSFN 1530 B.
It part fills with water then empties. This is continuous.
I suspect the float switch but don't know where it is located and how to access it. Can anyone help?

It could be the float switch, or the base has water in it due to a leak.

The float switch is in the middle of the base panel - remove the base panel to access.
