Changing Telephone Plug to 3 Pin from 2 Pin?

(see picture) Can I change the plug on this phone to a 3-pin-plug? Because I do not like the 2-pin-plug with adaptor.

No because the plug is also a power supply and it drops the low voltage from mains to extra low voltage.
