Wiring up a TH-9520B Digital Room Thermostat

Hello,I have a question.Does anyone know how to wire up this digital room stat.I have two wires coming from a compy boiler a brown and a blue.There are three terminals 1 3 and 5 logic tells me that the brown goes in the 1 terminal and the blue goes in the 3 terminal do you think this is correct.thanks in advance

Normally the thermostat is marked Com and N/O and N/C the two stand for normally open and normally closed. The idea is same thermostat can be used for heating or cooling.

The question is what is normal? Well I know with flat batteries central heating does not work so the central heating contact is N/O.

N/C is not used.
