New Oven Tripping RCD When Turned up to 200 Degrees

Hi all, new to the forum after leeching for so long!
Anyway some background information:
Replaced old oven due to broken grill element. The old oven had no issues besides the broken element. It was wired straight into the RCD, no plug/socket etc.
New oven fitted and wired up (correctly) however the main oven when I turn it too 200 degrees for example it will trip. But then I reset the RCD and it will work.
I'm assuming the cable used initially will be rated high enough to cope with the new oven as it was just a like for like replacement, double oven for double oven. Both outputs are near enough the same.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
