Zanussi Oven Wiring Query to Connect Built in Oven

Hi all. I've been asked to fit a new built in oven in a friend's kitchen to replace her old broken one. The new one is a .Zanussi ZOB353031.
During many years of married life I have fitted or moved several free standing cookers so was expecting something similar. Wrong!!
The oven was supplied with a length of 2.5mm flex and the terminal block on the back seems to have only three markings which are 4, 5 and the earth symbol.
My question is whether Live is 4 or 5? Also, they recommend a max fuse of 20A. The hob is gas so won't really impact on the power requirements. Can I meet the requirements by connecting the 2.5mm flex to the cooker outlet box and just changing the fuse on the DB from a 32(?)A to a 20A?
Any help appreciated.
