I have a Siemens KG37S20 fridge-freezer which has a separate control switch and compressor for each compartment. There is no fan.
I can run the fridge or the freezer successfully and they will get to the required temperature. However if I turn on both, the unit 'resets': all the lights go out, blink three times and then go out again and the compressors both go off.
It seems like the overload protection is kicking in on one or both compressors, but I don't know if the problem is a faulty part or not.
Any ideas?
