Hi, we have a NEFF dishwasher, product code S51E50X2GB, which is showing a flashing tap icon, flashing red, and when the cycle finishes it's evident that hot water hasn't been through as the dishes are cold. Does anyone have experience of how to fix this please? The manual only simply says turn off and call a technician. Thanks very much.
