Beko Freezer touch panel beeping

My Beko upright freezer RFNE350E23X has a Mini LED touch panel on the front with 6 buttons on the display. The display keeps beeping randomly all the time as if the buttons are being pressed. Any advice on how to get it to stop other than pulling out the power cord?
