Washing machine on a suspended floor shakes the flat

I have a flat with a suspended floor. When the washing machines is on spin it shakes the whole flat. The pictures on the wall fall down and while it only last a few minutes its a worry what it is doing to the building. The machine is level and fitted tightly under the cupboard. I think the problem is the suspended floor. Is there anything I can do?

Hi Choi,
If your flat is a ground floor one you could form a solid floor in the area local to the machine. If it’s a higher floor you would need to instal extra joists. Alternatively change your machine for one that does not transmit out of balance forces so much.
Silly question but have you removed the transit bolts?

Yes. The transit bolts were removed. You mentioned a machine that doesn't transmit out of balance forces. Could you give me some examples.
Thank you
