Firstly you usually need to remove the kickboard that runs under the cupboards on the run that the fridge is built into.
This will expose the legs that the fridge stands on.
Now open the fridge door and look up. Normallt there will be a plate or a couple of brackets that are attached to the fridge and will probably be screwed to the underside of the worktop.
You may also find a bracket or 2 screwed to the adjacent cabinets so look for these too.
Once you have the screws removed you will likely need to adjust the legs to lower the fridge a little before it will move.
Once you are ready to move it it should just slide out.
However you will need to be careful. The legs are usually made of plastic and are very fragile. They are prone to being snapped off if you try and drag the fridge out without taking some of the weight off them first. Just take your time and it should be fine. The back legs are usually worse than the front ones as its difficult to take the load off.
Refitting is just a matter of reversing the above.

Ignore my last, for some reason I read that as you wanted to remove the fridge completely.
Depends on the maker of the fridge.
One that I had, there were brackets on the back of the wooden fascia that slotted onto bolts in the fridge door and you then used a very thin spanner that came with the fridge to tighten the bolts down. Others are just screw on and are attached to the hinges.
On the dishwasher front, the one I had you had to lift the wooden door up automatically and insert a rod into the hinge to hold it in place. This then gave you access to the back of the door fascia to allow you to remove it.
