Sealing honed and filled travertine in bathroom

Hi all
Can anyone give me advice on sealing my honed and filled travertine wall tiles in bathroom including shower area. I also have border mosaics running through which are unhoned travertine/marble.
I have not grouted yet so would like to know the best way and procedure of sealing and grouting?
