I've bought an electric tile cutter from Wickes which is great. But I want to cut tiles to produce a perfect edge where they meet quadrant trim around a window, say, without any sign whatever of damage to the glazing on the tile. This should be easy for someone. Many thanks!
Wickes sell a tile trim which covers the edge of the tile by approx 3mm.
It is only available on their internet sales.
It is different from the one they sell instore.
So you need to get rid of the quadrant trim and order some of the internet stuff.

No tiling machine will give you a perfect edge. You can buy a carborundum stone from most DIY sheds which you rub along the cut edge to give you a neat cut with no chips.
