New Grout Crumbling

Can anyone advise please.
My bathroom was tiled a few weeks back by a professional tiler. The bath surround was boxed and then tiled.
Some small areas of grout are crumbling away on the bath side and I'm wanting to repair these areas. The tiler left me some grout (powder) and am hoping someone can tell me what ratio I should mix with water?
Also, is this type of crumbling to be expected with it being new grout? or is this crumbling happening because of the movement of the bath? Is this likely to be a consistent problem in the future or will it settle?
Thanks
