Wet Grout even after 5 days

We have just finished tiling a downstairs cloakroom and have found that the floor grout just won't dry. It's been down for 5 days now but is still as wet as it was when it first went down. There is no shower or excess humidity in the room (just a toilet and sink), The floor is not wet so nothing is obviously leaking, we have tried leaving the windows open but nothing is working.
Any ideas?
many thanks

It might not be the conditions in the room that are at fault . Many tiling grouts and adesives are cement dased. If the grout has been expoed to moisture before being mixed, it could have allready have gone off. Cement hardening is not just drying out it is a chemical reaction so if it is cement based its been wet for too long and probably no good . To check if the grout is ok mix a small amount and leave it in a warm dry room spead it about 1 or 2 mm thick and it should go off within 48hrs. if the grout is ok gently warm the floor. Good Luck.
