Build up of Calcium on Shower Tiles?

Hi,
We have recently purchased a place and have this build up of what I assume is calcium in our shower.
I tried to attach a photo on here but wouldn’t load. It is a whitish colour on the tiles with yellowish tinges to it.
Does anyone know how I can remove it?
