Need advice, has our tiler done a bad job?

Hoping you can help.
We have a tiler who's laid some tiles in our entrance hall. I'm not sure on the quality of work, but really worried about accusing someone of poor work when I don't know if it's acceptable or not. I'd really appreciate some advice on this if possible please? I'll attach some photos, if you could let me know your opinion that would be amazing?
So attaching photos it seems is difficult, resizing below 500kb makes the photos so pixelated it's impossible to see. Erm... I could send a wetransfer link maybe, don't have to download, just preview it and you'll see. https://we.tl/t-XFrYslgVhg
They were really expensive tiles and just feel gutted with the execution.
