Tiling over wood,concrete & block & beam surfaces in Advice and information on tiling and fixing tiles to a variety of surfaces

I am unsure of how to tile over thes three surfaces in on room, to make it more tricky the three floors have uneven/ unlevel joints between them.
Can anyone advise me on the best way to takle this??

I would start by making it level either by using a screed or by using sheet plywood and making it up so its level over all the surfaces.

You could even use a combination of the two to get the best results.
