Self build man shed - questions about damp proofing with building designs

Hi all,
I'm in the process of designing a new shed which I plan on starting work on very shortly. The concrete slab base is going down soon, I just have a few things to iron out before we start the build.
Hopefully the pictures below will clearly show what I have been planning and be a useful aid where answering some of my questions is concerned.
Here's a shot of the build once complete (minus the door and window):
What I can't decide upon is whether or not to place a damp proof membrane beneath the wood base, on top of the paving slab beneath it. I've seen various different opinions on what's right and wrong in this regard. My initial intention was to lay the base on a damp proof membrane such as https://www.screwfix.com/p/capital-valley-plastics-ltd-damp-proof-membrane-black-1200ga-15-x-4m/59191. With the edges of the membrane overlapped far enough that they could be wrapped around each edge of the of the 100x100mm posts as far as to sit underneath where the stud work would be screwed to the top:
Here's another clearer shot of whats going on with the base.
Eventually the shed will be have a small oil based electric heater - at least before the winter sets in.
I also intend to add kingspan to the walls and ceiling - would it be wise to add some to the floor if I do add the protective sheeting to the base? Or is this over kill?
Finally - does this look adequate in terms of the general structure?
Any thoughts or comments would be useful. I'm keen to get this right at the first time of asking. Any other observations or ideas's please share them.

- On the left you can see the stud work, on the right you'll see the wall damp proofing and the batons positioned to create a 25mm air gap before the cladding is applied.
