plasterboard fixings only for a tv mount?

hi - I am looking to secure a LCD tv mount (tv is about 35kg) to a plasterboard wall - I can't find any studs and having drilled through the wall the plasterboard is about 1 in thick, and there is at least a 15cm gap to the actual wall, I can feel insulation if I push a pencil through the hole.

the lcd tv mount can be fixed at 8-10 points on the wall - distributing the weight a bit, so my question is - would 8-10 redidrive/spring toggles be enough to hold that kind of weight?

if not any other ideas/solutions apart from cutting the plasterboard out and putting in bits of wood behind the plasterboard?

thanks ....

with that many fixing points it would probably be ok (say 5kg per fixing) however they will be in close proximity to one another. personally i wouldnt risk it. i would put in noggins or use extra long fixings to go into the masonry. perhaps a threaded stud that you can cut to any length then anchor resin into the masonry.
