hello
I would like to put another clothes pole in my built-in wardrobe and hope someone can help me with a few questions before I attempt it.
Firstly, if I have to drill the wall direct I am worried about hitting pipes, cables etc so how do i know if there maybe any lurking where i want to drill?! Simply, I know, but there is one pipe that runs on the outside of the wall i need to drill, just one and it gets hot.
Also the clothes pole that is already in there is drilled on a plank of wood which is secured to the wall, seems to be floating to me! I imagine this has been done for a reason, so how can a get a plank of wood onto to wall to drill the pole to, that will be secure enough to hold my many clothes!
