ok the problem i have is with the water pressure coming into the bathroom it so strong that in a couple of months i have to change the shut off value of the toilet or the water control assembly in the tank

you can fit a pressure reducer to the incoming main if necessary. your toilet ought to be able to cope with the pressure, you may have a low pressure valve fitted on it. consider changing for a high pressure with a flow restrictor - most new cistern fillers come already fitted with these and usually require converting to low pressure rather than the other way round.

in the interim the simplest solution is to turn down the pressure by partially closing the stop cock on your incoming main, close it off completely then open again in quarter-turn increments until you have achieved the desired rate of flow.
