covering up the cystern

I am getting a new bathroom fitted.I would like a unit built over my cystern to hide it,but I am a bit worried about condensation building up inside it,then it might start to smell.Advice please. :?

If you are fitting a concealed cistern, there are several models available that are encased in polystyrene which effectively prevents condensation from forming.
