Plasterboard Garage Wall and How to Fix Punch Bag?

Hi all,
I have a combined punch bag & chin up bar which is to be fitted inside my garage to an exterior wall. The house is 10 years old and I'm guessing the wall is brick. It has a rough cast exterior but the problem is that the interior of the garage is lined with plasterboard. The bag only weighs 25kgs but the problem is that I don't! It will need to also hold my 100kgs swinging on it. I have attached a link to show the bracket and standard fixtures below
2 in 1 Punch Bag Wall Bracket With Pull up bar for Chin Up Exercise Heavy Duty Metal with complete fitting https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00387IHJS/ ... CvbF6DFSDJ
Can anyone please advise me how I should fit it to the plasterboard wall?
Thanks for your help, it's much appreciated.
