Hob Glass Splashback and Moisture Buildup Between Glass and Wall

Hi Guys need your help,
just has new kitchen fitted but I have a problem with the glass splashback, it looks like I have moisture build up between the glass and the wall. The splashback is secured to wall with 4 screws there is a small gap between glass and wall. Do you think I should seal glass with silicone to stop this and do I need to do all sides or just the bottom edge?
